At HEALOR, we want to assist you in obtaining the services you need without worrying about finances.

Our team’s primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive care available today. Our office works with you to streamline insurance processing and account handling to be as affordable as possible. For your convenience, we offer CareCredit as a financing option.


CareCredit is a company that provides patients with credit for their LASIK or other elective procedures, offering short-term, 0% interest payment plans and low-interest, extended payment plans. CareCredit has no up-front costs, no fees, and no pre-payment penalties.

We are contracted with several insurance plans, and we update our insurance contracts regularly. Please verify your coverage by calling the number on the back of your insurance card prior to your visit. This list is not all-inclusive. If you do not see your insurance company listed here, please contact our business office. Patients should bring their current insurance card and the applicable co-payment for each office visit.

Finance and Insurance FAQs

1.What if I don’t have Insurance?

You get medications at our in-house pharmacy at wholesale pricing, and the lab work is also highly discounted. We charge $100 for new visits and $80 for follow-up visits. Patients love our wellness plans, as they provide unlimited visits and wholesale prices on medications.

2.Do you charge a no-show fee?

We may charge no-show fees of $35 if you do not show up for your appointment. Please be courteous and inform us if you are unable to keep your appointment. New patients that do not show up are not allowed to schedule future appointments. Established patients may be discharged from our practice.

3.What if I am not able to pay for the visit?

We are an NHSC site, and we offer sliding scale based discounts to eligible patients. Based on your size of household and your income, you may qualify for substantial discounts and may only need to pay minimal fees. For proof of income, we will require W-2 or last 2 paystubs, or letter from your employer stating your monthly income. You can apply at our office at the time of your visit.
